2. Scope of Certification

Bizsafe Certification Private Limited provides ISO certification services, including but not limited to:

• ISO 9001: Quality Management System
• ISO 14001: Environmental Management System
• ISO 45001: Occupational Health & Safety Management System
• ISO 22000: Food Safety Management System
• ISO 27001: Information Security Management System
• ISO 50001: Energy Management System

Additional ISO standards may be provided upon request.

3. Certificate Validity

• Certificates issued are valid for three (3) years, subject to successful completion of annual surveillance audits.
• Continued compliance with relevant ISO standards and timely fee payments is mandatory.
• Certificates may be suspended, withdrawn, or cancelled if client fails to comply with requirements.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards.
• Provide access to premises, documentation, and records during audits.
• Inform Bizsafe Certification of any significant operational/management changes.
• Use certificates and logos strictly as per guidelines.

5. Fees & Payments

Payment Structure:

• Advance Payment: Fixed percentage must be paid to confirm service.
• Milestone Payments: Linked to specific stages (review, audit, documentation).
• Full Payment Before Certificate Issue: Balance cleared before certificate release.

Mode of Payment:

• Bank transfer, cheque, UPI, or any other notified method.

Non-Payment / Delays:

• Certificates/reports will not be issued until dues are cleared.
• Company may withhold services, impose late fees, or cancel agreement.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is confidential, except where disclosure is legally required.

7. Appeals & Complaints

• Clients may appeal audit decisions or lodge complaints.
• Bizsafe Certification will handle these per internal procedures.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Certification does not imply product approval or legal compliance guarantee.
• Bizsafe Certification is not liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from certification services.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to courts in Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

10. Suspension, Withdrawal, or Cancellation

Certification may be suspended/withdrawn in cases like:

• Non-compliance with audit requirements
• Misrepresentation of certification
• Failure to pay dues

11. Use of Certificates and Logos

• Certification mark/logo may only be used as per guidelines.
• Misuse may result in suspension or withdrawal.

12. Responsibilities of the Client

• Maintain compliance with ISO standard(s).
• Provide access to facilities, documents, and records during audits.
• Inform company of major changes affecting certification.

13. Certification Scope

• Certification is granted only for agreed activities and scope.
• Client must ensure all provided information is accurate, complete, and true.
